Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Recertified Furniture, we want you to love both your new piece and the experience of shopping with us. Please review our policies below:


♻️ 10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not completely happy, we offer a one-time exchange or store credit within 10 days of delivery or pickup.

Conditions:

Item must be in the same condition as delivered or picked up.

Original delivery or pickup fee is non-refundable.

If you picked up your order, returns must be brought back to our warehouse at your expense.

For delivered orders, a pickup fee applies.

Fees for returns/exchanges:

$150 restocking fee

$150 pickup fee (if your item was delivered)

For exchanges, you’ll also cover the cost of your chosen re-delivery option.


🛑 All Sales Are Final

After the 10-day window closes, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges beyond this period.


📐 Before You Order

To avoid any hiccups, we recommend you:

Double-check your space measurements (doorways, stairwells, elevators, etc.).

Review all product photos and descriptions carefully.

Reach out with any questions—we are happy to discuss a given product via video call, and do a sit test on the product for you to get you a better sense of the seating feel and condition of the product.
