Step 1
Submit The Form
Photos and basic details of your pieces. More than 10 items? Submit your best item and indicate in the "Additional Notes" section that you have more than 10 items. We will streamline the process with an in home visit.
Step 2
We Quote You (3–5 Business Days)
If we can take your pieces, you'll get a call with an estimated payout range. We'll also offer an upfront payment amount if you'd rather get paid immediately.
Step 3
We Pick Up
Professional movers, scheduled around your timeline — including move-out dates. The cost of this is applied to your consignment account and not charged to you upfront. Alternatively, bring your item to us to save on the pickup fee.
Step 4
We Inspect, Clean, And Sell
Every item goes through a 10+ point inspection process that gives new buyers added trust in purchasing your item. We price items according to market, most items sell in under 2 months. Cleaning and repair fees if applicable are applied to your consignment account, never billed to you upfront. If you're item requires no cleaning or repair, you won't get any repair or cleaning fees.
Step 5
You Get Paid
You receive payment by E-transfer on the 15th or 30th of the month, the first payout period after your item sells. On most items, receive 50% of the net sale amount of the item. For upfront purchases, we offer 15%-30% lower than consignment payout range.
