- Like New — New showroom condition, equipped with its original tags.
- Excellent — Indistinguishable from new, but does not have its original tags.
- Very Good — Minor signs of use that speak to this piece’s history of careful ownership.
- Good — Normal signs of wear to be expected with regular use.
- Fair — Heavy and obvious wear but structurally sound. This piece holds many stories of relaxation.
- As Is — This is a project we have decided not to take on, and may need structural repair.
