We work with your busy schedule to find a time that is ideal for you.

All moving fees are covered by us upfront, and deducted from your payout after the item(s) are sold.

Fee for furniture pickup vary, we will provide you a quote upon verifying we can consign your furniture. (Generally in home sofa pickup is $150 within the greater Victoria area/ lower mainland.)

Avoid the pickup cost and pocket more cash for yourself. We are able to receive items 7 days per week, but require 1 day notice prior to drop off.

We require all of the upholstered furniture we sell to be professionally cleaned prior to sale.

You will receive a quote from us to professionally clean your furniture prior to picking your furniture up.

We cover the cost to clean your furniture upfront, and deduct the amount owing from your payout after the furniture is sold.

How do we keep our cleaning fees so low compared to other professional cleaning services?

We clean your items in the shop, not at your home. While professional upholstery cleaners need to charge for the time it takes to bring equipment to your house, setting up, and clean up, our cleaners can get right to cleaning.

We pay you 50% commission after the sale is made.

Commission paid out is 50% of the final sale price, not including tax, and with the credit card fee of 2.9% deducted from the final sale price of the item (if applicable.)

Cleaning fees and pickup fees will be deducted from your payout, if applicable. We will not perform cleaning work outside of what is quoted to you prior to consulting with you.

Payment is made via E-transfer. Our transfers go through within 30-60 seconds for those registered for auto deposit, and within 1-5 minutes for those not registered for auto deposit.
