1. Inspection
     We do a thorough inspection of the couch, looking for issues like hidden rips, tears, and splitting seams and structural issues.

2. Dirt and debris removal
   We give the sofa a thorough vaccuming.

 

3. Shampooing

When required, we spray the exterior of the sofa with water and an upholstery shampoo.

The shampoo is worked deep into the fabric with a soft bristle brush drill powered brush.

 

4. Hot water extraction

     After shampooing, water heated to 120 degrees Fahrenheit rinses and pulls out any deep stains and odors.

This also kills any bacteria in the fabric. 

5. Repairs

Repairs are performed as necessary.

Our Leather Care Process:

1. Inspection
     We do a thorough inspection of the couch, similar to the fabric inspection process. We look for issues like hidden rips, tears, and splitting seams.

 

2. Dirt removal

We rub in a specific leather cleaner to loosen dirt deeply lodged in the pores of the leather.

3. Leather Care

We rub in a leather moisturizer, applying as many coats as the leather will take.

 

 

4. Repairs

Repairs are performed as necessary.
